On October 22, 2018, Atwater City Council, approved a “No Limit” on cannabis dispensaries.
The “Yes” votes were Cindy Vierra, Brian Raymond, and Paul Creighton, The “No” votes were Mayor Jim Price and James Vineyard.
The City of Atwater originally agreed on a cap of two cannabis dispensaries back in May, 2018.
Strict guidelines still apply for cannabis dispensaries, and will only be accepted on a case-to-case basis.
