At approximately 11:57 a.m., a report of a red pickup crashing into power lines and then flipping into a ditch was reported on Highway 152 and Delta Road in Los Banos.
According to officers on scene, the vehicle was on its side. Due to power lines being down it was unsafe for first responders to get close to the vehicle.
Officers did confirm around 1:00 p.m., that one person is deceased.
