Multiple businesses sign leases to move into former Sears building

Sage Investco, a real estate company from Newport Beach, California, purchased the former Sears building five months ago.

Eight businesses have signed leases to move into the former Sears building after construction is complete, according to a phone interview with a representative for Sage Investco.

The businesses are Burlington, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, Petco, Rack Room Shoes, Bath & Body Works, Mattress Firm, and Tilly’s.

Construction is set to resume in November 2023, with completion expected by Summer 2024.
