A new restaurant will be coming to the newly developed Yosemite Crossing in Merced.
Kabab City, a Mediterranean Cuisine, will now join Verizon, Panda Express, Sprouts, Starbucks, Crumbl Cookies, and Habit Burger.
This will be Merced’s only Mediterranean Cuisine in Merced, according to the owner.
Kabab City currently has four other locations, two in Fresno, Fowler, and Reedley.
The owner says everything will be made fresh and made from scratch.
12-15 people will be hired, according to the owner.
Kabab City is expected to open later this year, pending on any delays.
