On March 29, 2019 at around 9:42 a.m., several people called 911 for a possible structure fire on Notre Dame Avenue and Berkeley Court in Merced.
The first to respond was an MPD officer who indicated the flames were visible from the front living room window. The officer attempted to bang on all of the windows and doors to notify if anyone was inside.
Firefighters quickly responded, and contained the fire.
No injuries were reported.
It’s unknown what caused the fire at this time.
