One man was taken into custody early this evening for suspicion of DUI.
A two vehicle traffic collision involving a Ford Expedition and a black BMW was reported on N. Winton Way and Almond Avenue in Winton.
A Black BMW was stopped at a red light on the number 2 lane on N.Winton Way. The Ford Expedition rear ended the BMW, according to CHP.
The Ford Expedition remained in the middle of the roadway and was eventually towed. The black BMW was able to move to the side of the roadway.
No injuries reported, according to CHP.
