Girl Scout Troop #2702 invited the Los Banos Police Department to be honorary guests at their meeting. Officer Rivas and Dispatcher Soares covered basic 9-1-1 protocol with the girl scouts. The girls were taught what a true emergency is and when they should call 9-1-1. They were also taught how to be prepared when calling 9-1-1 and what information they should be ready to provide.
This was a wonderful experience for our employees and we’d like to thank Troop #2702 for being such wonderful hosts!
