The Hilmar Cheese Company was recently approved a permit to construct 200,000 square feet of construction for cold storage, accessory structures, and parking areas. Some of the construction also includes improvements to the facility.
At this time, 70% of the project site is already developed. The areas of development will occur on the northwest corner of August Road and Lander Avenue, as well as the existing developing facilities.
No date of construction is determined at this time.
