Merced will have a new business in the near future on Coffee Street with a cross of Campus Pkyw. The construction of a new Arco AM/PM convenience market would be approximately 3,348 square feet . The market would include gasoline sales and a car wash.
The new convenience market will be the first development to take place within the Merced Gateway Marketplace Development (now known as Gateway Marketplace). The construction of the building was approved by the Site Plan Review Committee in conformance with the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
