A new coffee truck, Vida Cafe, will make its debut at the Tarmac parking lot on Saturday, March 27, 2021.
Elizabeth, co-owner told Merced Daily that she is from a family of food truck owners. She grew up in the taco truck business, working along side her mother in Merced.
She says she always wanted to open her own business but just never had the time to do so.
Elizabeth says her love of coffee, traveling, and food inspired her to open up a unique food truck in Merced County.
Vida Cafe will offer specialty coffee drinks until April, evolving to brunch in May.
Elizabeth is currently a teacher. She plans on only opening on the weekends from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
