At 7:57 p.m., Merced PD responded to Dinky Creek Avenue in Merced for a theft suspect who was apprehended by one person outside of a Merced residence after attempting to break-in a vehicle.
According to witnesses, the suspect was with three other juveniles who ran off after seeing their friend on the ground.
According to officers, these are the same juveniles reported earlier to have pulled a sharp object on at least one victim on Concord Drive in Merced.
The description of the three other suspects were: African/American juveniles, dressed in all black, and wearing black beanies.
