One man is in critical condition after being stabbed at a park in Atwater.
Atwater Police responded to Osborne Park for a man stabbed multiple times and assaulted with a metal horseshoe at 9:19 a.m., according to police.
The victim, identified as a 36-year-old Caucasian male, was airlifted from the park and taken to a hospital outside the area.
The suspect is identified as David Lucas, 42, from Atwater.
Lucas is currently in custody. His bond is $500,000.00, according to jail records.
